Day Two of The 21 Day Sugar Detox


Day two of The 21 Day Sugar Detox was even better than day one! We enjoyed the mustard-glazed chicken thigh recipe tonight for dinner more than the meatloaf recipe last night. Leftovers tomorrow for lunch will be so good! The chicken thigh recipe was probably one of the best tasting chicken recipes I’ve made.

We had never tried golden beets before tonight and were really impressed! I guess we have a new veggie for our side dish rotation now.

Breakfast: Carrot Pumpkin Spice Muffins
Lunch: Leftover Mexi-Meatloaf with Mashed Cauliflower
Dinner: Mustard-Glazed Chicken Thighs with Golden Beets and Avocado
Snack: Homemade Deer Jerky
