Day one of the 21 Day Sugar Detox was a success! Carrot Pumpkin Spice Muffins for breakfast, Salmon Salad Wraps for lunch, Mexi-Meatloaf with Mashed Cauliflower for dinner, and black olives for a snack.

    • It was good! Not my favorite recipe from the book, so probably won’t make it again, but it was worth making once. Just made Mustard Glazed Chicken Thighs tonight from the book and they were amazing! Thanks for the comment!

Made the Mustard Glazed Chicken Thighs on Sunday and they were one my favorite recipes I’ve ever made! So easy and the skin got nice a crispy :) What else have you made or are planning to make?
