Grocery Shopping for Week One of The 21 Day Sugar Detox

My Shopping List

Kombucha, eggs, butter, walnuts, olives, coconut milk, canned salmon, almond butter, bacon, chicken thighs, ground lamb, ground pork, ground beef, beef marrow bones, mixed greens, bok choy, fresh rosemary, golden beets, garlic, red cabbage, parsnips, broccoli, ginger root, cilantro, snow peas, cauliflower, carrots, lemons, limes, bananas, green apples, and shallots.

Total – $142.00

A little cheaper than expected because we already had chicken breasts, salmon and all the pantry items on hand at home.

First Week’s Menu

Breakfast: Carrot Pumpkin Spice Muffins, Green Apple Breakfast Sausage, Bacon and Root Veggie Hash, Pumpkin Pancakes.

Lunch: Salmon Salad, Leftovers.

Dinner: Mexi-Meatloaf with Mashed Cauliflower, Pecan-Crusted Salmon with Side Salad, Mustard-Glazed Chicken Thighs with Golden Beets, Asian-Style Meatballs with Cabbage and Bok Choy Slaw and No-Miso Soup, Shepherd’s Pie with Side Salad, Chicken Pad Thai, Grilled Chicken with Broccoli and Bacon Salad.

Snacks: Homemade Jerky, Roasted Nut Mix, Green Apples with Almond Butter, Olives, Boiled Eggs, Carrot Sticks.

  1. Did you get all your recipes from the 21DSD cookbook? I started the detox last year when there was no cookbook. I’m doing this again and found your picture, they look very yummy. I think I would like to try some of them.
