A little cheaper than expected because we already had chicken breasts, salmon and all the pantry items on hand at home.
First Week’s Menu
Lunch: Salmon Salad, Leftovers.
Dinner: Mexi-Meatloaf with Mashed Cauliflower, Pecan-Crusted Salmon with Side Salad, Mustard-Glazed Chicken Thighs with Golden Beets, Asian-Style Meatballs with Cabbage and Bok Choy Slaw and No-Miso Soup, Shepherd’s Pie with Side Salad, Chicken Pad Thai, Grilled Chicken with Broccoli and Bacon Salad.
Snacks: Homemade Jerky, Roasted Nut Mix, Green Apples with Almond Butter, Olives, Boiled Eggs, Carrot Sticks.
