Grocery Shopping at Whole Foods


What I Bought:
Fish sauce, buffalo wing sauce, butter, almond butter, Larabars, eggs, steak, ground beef, bacon, chicken thighs, chicken breasts, pickles, brussels sprouts, broccoli, zucchini, avocado, spinach, asparagus, sweet potatoes, limes, lemons, bell peppers, green onions, persimmon, carrots, grapefruit, oranges, bananas, pears, frozen salmon.

Total – $163.00

A little on the high side, but we bought extra salmon, extra Larabars, and a few sauces.

On the menu this week: Buffalo Chicken Egg Muffins, Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry, Grilled Chicken, Grilled Salmon, Green Smoothies.
