Grocery Shopping at Whole Foods

This week we visited my brother and took home a good collection of tomatoes and bell peppers from their garden.

Whole Foods Shopping List
Kombucha, canned pumpkin, vanilla extract, eggs, dark chocolate, Larabars, bacon, sausage links, pork chops, romaine hearts, kale/spinach mix, broccoli, onions, lemons, carrots, garlic bulb, zucchini, strawberries, bananas, apple, frozen salmon fillets.

Total – $105.96

What I’m eating this week:
Breakfast – swirly crustless quiche, green smoothies and pumpkin pancakes
Lunch – leftovers and ham/veggie skillet
Dinner – tangy taco salad, lemon rosemary broiled salmon, cumin pork chops, grilled salmon, baked and grilled chicken
Snacks – Larabars, fruit and nuts, dark chocolate
